About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Pediatrician for an established outpatient pediatric practice in Hammond, Indiana. This position focuses on preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and continuity of care with strong administrative support and no production pressure. The practice offers a sustainable outpatient pediatric patient volume and salary-based compensation with no RVU requirements. It also features strong medical assistant support, referral coordinators, an established EMR, and a collaborative care model. New graduates and experienced pediatricians are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Pediatrics REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Outpatient Pediatric Care REQUIRED
• Comfortable Practicing In A Collaborative, Team-Oriented Environment REQUIRED
