Capital Area Pediatrics provides accessible, comprehensive pediatric care across six practice locations in Northern Virginia. We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our team at the Sleepy Hollow office in Falls Church, Virginia. This full-time position offers a 4-day clinical workweek, promoting strong work-life balance while ensuring continuity of care for our patients. Participation in shared call and weekend coverage is expected.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Valid Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and collaborative team skills.
