About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our team in Mountain Home, Arkansas. This is a permanent, full-time position primarily focused on outpatient care, with some inpatient duties including clinical responsibilities and inpatient call. The role involves providing comprehensive pediatric care to a pediatric population, managing approximately 700 deliveries annually. You will be part of a supportive team, working Monday through Friday with one half-day off weekly, and participating in a 1:3 weekend inpatient call rotation. The facility includes a Level 2 Nursery and offers collaboration with a pediatric hospitalist and available ED clinical support staff. Hospital privileges are required for this role.

Requirements

• Arkansas medical license or eligibility.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Hospital privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting.
• Participate in weekend and inpatient call rotations.
• Collaborate with the pediatric team and hospital staff.

• Handle consults as required for inpatient cases.
• Manage general pediatrics and minor inpatient care.
