About The Position
We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants a sustainable outpatient schedule, meaningful community impact, and strong earning potential. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, immunizations, and referrals. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining the autonomy to manage your patients and build lasting relationships with children and families.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Completed an accredited Pediatrics residency program
- DEA, Massachusetts controlled substance, and CPR credentials
- Value compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care
- Work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, immunizations, and referrals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage patients and build lasting relationships with children and families.
- Shared on-call rotation for urgent patient needs.
