About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician for Universal Primary Care in Olean, New York. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care from infancy through adolescence, diagnosing and managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive healthcare needs. The position emphasizes maintaining continuity of care, building long-term relationships with children and families, and performing office-based procedures based on experience and clinical interests. The pediatrician will work with dedicated 1:1 clinical support staff for efficient patient care and utilize the eClinicalWorks electronic medical record system. Physicians are drawn to this opportunity for the choice of a four-day or five-day clinic schedule, phone-call only coverage approximately five days per month, and no required weekend clinic. The role also offers dedicated 1:1 staffing support, teaching opportunities through a rural residency program, and the chance to be part of a mission-driven organization serving rural communities.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• FMOB Fellowship completed or equivalent obstetrical experience.
• Eligible for New York medical licensure.
• Ability to provide full-spectrum Family Medicine including Obstetrics.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• New graduates with appropriate FMOB training are encouraged to apply.
