This therapist will provide speech-language pathology services for pediatric patients in the patient's home in Harrisburg/ Concord areas. Caseload will include birth-18 years of age. Preference for a background in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. Deliver high-quality, one-on-one outpatient speech-language pathology services in patients’ homes, helping improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life. Provide the same evidence-based outpatient speech therapy services traditionally offered in a clinic while eliminating barriers related to transportation, access, and convenience. Perform comprehensive speech-language and cognitive-communication evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to each patient’s unique goals and functional needs. Collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes in communication, cognitive function, swallowing safety, and patient independence. Utilize technology and flexible scheduling to effectively manage a caseload across a defined geographic area while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.
