About The Position

Alphanumeric is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Manager to work in Fayetteville, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy. This leadership-focused role offers the opportunity to guide and support fellow therapists, contribute to program development, and help shape a positive, growth-oriented culture-all while maintaining an active clinical caseload. The role involves a flexible hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days onsite for patient care, evaluations, team collaboration, and mentoring, and 1-2 days remote for telehealth, documentation, leadership development, and strategic planning. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
  • Pediatric therapy experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians

  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
  • Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
  • Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
