About The Position

Alphanumeric is partnering with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) in Fayetteville, NC. This role involves 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings, and 1-2 days dedicated to virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, telehealth services, and documentation. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with compensation options tailored to your preferences, including Pay-Per-Visit or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Pediatric speech therapy experience through internships, Clinical Fellowship (CF), or licensed practice
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest communication potential

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders as appropriate
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities
  • Provide telehealth services and supervision activities as needed
