About The Position

As a Pediatric Home Health Shift LVN, you will provide essential nursing care to children in a home setting, ensuring their health and well-being. Reporting to the nursing supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, and basic life support to deliver high-quality patient care. Your expertise in EHR systems and adherence to HIPAA regulations will be vital in maintaining accurate records. Requirements

LVN license in the state of California
Proficiency in basic life support and patient care
Ability to assess and provide nursing care to pediatric patients
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
Willingness to work in home health settings
Must be female and speak Spanish (for San Jose 95122)
Female nurses only (for San Jose 95111)
FEMALE NURSE ONLY (for Fremont 94536)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering basic life support as needed.
Manage tube feeding, and medication administration, while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on health management and safety practices.

Full time is considered 30+ hours a week.
