About The Position
Make a meaningful impact with 1:1 pediatric care. Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate pediatric home care openings in Jersey City. If you’re looking for steady hours, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical team, this role offers the chance to make a real difference in a child’s life. We have multiple cases available now with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Our pediatric leadership ensures you feel prepared, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and development
- Deliver skilled, compassionate care in the home
