Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and g-tube in Elmwood Park, NJ. This case begins 09/16 and offers steady hours, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide truly life-changing 1:1 care. Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric trach and g-tube experience
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on airway management, g-tube care, safety, and comfort
- Monitor, assess, and support the child’s daily needs in the home
- Collaborate closely with family and our pediatric clinical leadership
