About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, a choice of daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Nurses receive paid, personalized training, ongoing mentorship, and 24/7 clinical support while caring for clients with a range of acuity levels. The position uses Statewise electronic charting and is supported by an efficient onboarding process designed around the nurse’s availability.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
Deliver care to adult and pediatric clients with a range of acuity levels.
Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
