About The Position
Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric care for a child who truly depends on skilled nursing support. Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a pediatric patient in Sewell, NJ diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome, requiring seizure monitoring and G-tube care during both evening and overnight hours. This role offers steady, rewarding work and the opportunity to build a supportive, long-term relationship with the family.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- Experience with seizure disorders, Dravet Syndrome, or G-tube care
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
- Monitor for seizures and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Manage G-tube feedings and routine care
- Collaborate with the family and our pediatric clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
