About The Position

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Radiologist to join its Department of Radiology and a close-knit group of 15 pediatric radiologists. The team includes expertise in Interventional, Neuro/Head & Neck, and Musculoskeletal radiology, and emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance. The department performs more than 100,000 imaging procedures annually. Its technology includes an iMRI facility with a newly released 3T MRI system, an upgraded ultrasound fleet, and a photon counting detector CT scanner. The position offers the opportunity to care for children in an independent, freestanding pediatric health system with a diverse range of cases. Children’s Minnesota provides care from before birth through young adulthood and is Minnesota’s only Level I pediatric trauma center within a hospital solely dedicated to children.

Requirements

Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology or AOBR.
Completion of a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship.
Eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for hospitalized children.
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
Knowledge of common medications, side effects, and contraindications.
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medical best practices.
