About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin, MO, and surrounding communities. This role offers a 1:1 patient care ratio, allowing nurses to focus on one patient and one family, providing meaningful care away from the demands of a hospital setting. The position offers flexible scheduling, including opportunities for supplemental income on weekdays, weekends, or overnights, with competitive pay and premium shift differentials. Pediatric experience is a plus, but training is provided for the PDN aspect of nursing.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care in a private duty nursing setting.
- Focus on one patient and one family at a time.
- Work consistent cases and schedules.
- Offer care during evenings, overnights, weekends, or weekdays based on schedule availability.
