About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. This role involves providing focused, skilled care to a child or young adult in their home, which is often difficult to achieve in a facility setting. The position offers a 1:1 patient ratio, flexible scheduling (days, nights, or weekends), and opportunities to manage complex care needs including trach, ventilator, or G-tube care. Pay is discussed at the interview and is based on experience. This role is ideal for hospital nurses seeking more meaningful patient interaction, student nurses looking for flexible experience, or semi-retired nurses wanting rewarding part-time work.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
• Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
