About The Position
Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) – RN/LPN – 1:1 Ratio Looking for a nursing job where you're supported, valued, and appreciated — not just told you are? Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
- Experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
