About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin, MO, and surrounding communities. This role offers a 1:1 patient care model, allowing nurses to focus on one patient and one family, providing meaningful care away from the demands of a hospital setting. The position offers flexible scheduling, including weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts, providing supplemental income opportunities. Nurses can earn premium pay for overnight and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves

- Home health experience
- Experience working with medically complex children
- Experience with EMR charting
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care
