About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking RNs and LPNs for a 1:1 overnight pediatric private duty case in Verona, Missouri. This role involves providing focused, skilled care to a child or young adult in their home, offering a meaningful alternative to facility-based nursing. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license required
- Availability for overnight shifts required
- Eligible to work in the United States required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
- Pediatric experience a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home.
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring.
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you.
