About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs across South East Kansas for pediatric private duty nursing. This role offers 1:1 care in the patient's home, allowing nurses to focus on providing dedicated care without the high volume typically found in other settings. Many cases involve complex pediatric needs such as trach, vent, or G-tube care. The company emphasizes strong support systems, including 24/7 on-call assistance and comprehensive training.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care in a family's home.
- Manage complex pediatric needs including trach/vent support and G-tube feeding.
- Monitor patients for subtle changes in condition.
- Build a trusting relationship with the patient and their family.
