About The Position

Busy Primary Care practice seeks an experienced Pediatrician to serve our well-established practice in a convenient area of Peoria, IL. This role offers a ready-made panel with opportunity for growth, collaboration and mentorship with four Pediatricians and one APP. The position utilizes AI technology for note writing and has embedded Care Coordinators to help at-risk patients. H1B and J1 visa applications are accepted. The practice uses EPIC EMR.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree.
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics.
• Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal heath programs.
• Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
• 2+ years of experience as an attending Pediatric Physician in an outpatient primary care setting.
