About The Position
Therapitas has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2015 with one mission: ensuring Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. We’re hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited program
- Oklahoma PTA license or eligibility to obtain
- New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome

Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
- Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant students
