About The Position

As a Pediatric Physical Therapy Resident at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will be a full-time teammate as you complete the Ivy Rehab Pediatric Residency Program. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Active PT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Residency start date
• Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date.
• Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency
• Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study
• Commitment to taking the ABPTS Pediatric Certified Specialist (PCS) exam at earliest eligibility
• Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program

Responsibilities

• Completion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours)
• Completion of all assessments, logs and forms
• Passing of all required quizzes
• Satisfactory completion of required presentations
• Optional completion of case report abstract
• Completion of Residency Special Project
• Completion of 100 mentor hours
• Complete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during residency year
• Attendance and participation in all scheduled residency education events
• Satisfactory achievement of all resident core competencies
