About The Position

This position involves a Peds Physical Therapy Resident role. The resident will consult with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms, review their medical history, and examine referrals from doctors or surgeons. The role includes diagnosing movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing their movements, developing individualized treatment plans, and coaching patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches. Hands-on therapy, such as massage, will be used to alleviate pain and promote healing. The resident will also maintain patient records, track goals and progress, adapt treatment plans, and advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and recovery expectations.

Responsibilities
