About The Position

Providence St. Mary Medical Center facilities operate as a rural community hospital that provide: Medical and Surgical Units, Intensive Care Unit, Inpatient Rehab Facility – CARF certified 8 bed unit, Emergency and Same Day Surgery. A diverse patient population including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. As a therapy professional, you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient-centered environment. Under the supervision of a licensed therapist, the PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) Clinician assists patients who are recovering from injuries, illness, and surgeries regain movement and manage pain. The PTA Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients. Requirements

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
