Pediatric Physical Therapist (Dec-Feb Coverage)
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric physical therapist for a coverage assignment from December 26 through February 27. The clinician will work with children from birth to age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can support the child’s skills and home exercises in daily life. The role is part of a dedicated pediatric team providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Ivy Health describes a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with mentorship and resources, while supporting clinician autonomy and professional growth. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and spend more time with patients.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy to pediatric patients from birth to age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one attention and develop customized plans of care.
- Support parents and caregivers in carrying therapeutic skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
