About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess and implement personalized plans that promote mobility, strength, and independence in children at various developmental stages. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: Less than 24 visits/week Daytime and after-school hours available

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Use evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills and mobility.
Educate families on home exercises and safe movement strategies.
Accurately document sessions, progress, and care updates.
Participate in care planning and team collaboration.
