About The Position
BAYADA is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one in-home therapy services to clients across Delaware. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care and offers comprehensive training and support to its therapists. This role involves working closely with families using a coaching model to support developmental outcomes and utilizing an electronic documentation system. Therapists will have the flexibility to set their own schedules based on their preferences and geographic location.
Requirements
- Early Intervention or Pediatric experience required.
- License active and in good standing.
- If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home therapy services.
- Work closely with families using a coaching model.
- Support developmental outcomes.
- Use electronic documentation system for each visit.
- Complete weekly home visits.
