About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric physical therapist to join its dedicated team in the Fishers/Indianapolis area of Indiana. The role serves children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can apply skills and home exercises in children’s daily lives.

The therapist works in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) teams. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and keep notes at work.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Hold or be eligible for current or pending Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
• Deliver individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care.
• Support parents and caregivers in carrying skills and home exercises into children’s daily lives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to provide coordinated care.
• Work toward exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
