About The Position

Park Nicollet is hiring an outpatient Float Physical Therapist to join its pediatric team. The position provides direct patient care to pediatric patients across the Park Nicollet system, with primary coverage responsibilities in Maple Grove, Saint Louis Park, and Burnsville. The therapist uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to help individuals achieve maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain, and performs related duties as assigned. The position is 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE), generally scheduled as three 8-hour shifts per week. The schedule is built 2–3 months in advance. Work is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with the possibility of a Saturday shift. Days and locations may vary to support staffing and patient-care needs across pediatric rehabilitation sites.

Requirements

Doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
Membership in a related professional organization.
Proficiency with communication and data processing equipment.
Proficiency in clinical equipment related to the area of expertise.
Proficiency in the organization's electronic medical record software.

Responsibilities
