About The Position

We are looking for someone to join our Speech and Pediatric Team as a Pediatric OT! This role involves evaluating and assessing patients to determine functional abilities, developmental needs, and therapy goals. The Pediatric OT will develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, play, and school-related skills. They will utilize appropriate therapeutic interventions and adaptive equipment to enhance independence and participation, and educate and support families, caregivers, and teachers in strategies to promote skill development and carryover of therapy goals at home and in the community. Collaboration with other healthcare and educational professionals is essential to ensure coordinated care and goal alignment. The position also requires maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with department policies, payer requirements, and professional standards, and participating in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development activities. Adherence to all organizational, ethical, and legal standards governing occupational therapy practice is also required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
