About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist for a new clinic in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. The clinician will work with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans to meet each patient’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can support patients’ skills and home exercises in daily life. The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and autonomy to develop clinical interests and expertise. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one care and develop customized plans of care.
- Encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions and carry skills and home exercises into patients’ daily lives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates to support patient care and outcomes.
