About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist in Virginia to provide care to children from birth through age twenty-one. Clinicians provide individualized, one-to-one attention and customized plans of care, and encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions so skills and home exercises can carry over into daily life. The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, clinician autonomy, and opportunities for growth tailored to each clinician’s interests and expertise. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, with a focus on exceptional patient care and outcomes. The posted annual compensation range is $75,883.28–$113,824.92, with eligibility for a clinician bonus. Actual compensation depends on relevant factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. The employer offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities and is also accepting applications for COTAs.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
