Pediatric Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist to provide individualized, one-to-one care to children from birth through age 21. The clinician develops customized plans of care and supports parents and caregivers in carrying therapeutic skills and home exercises into children’s daily lives. The position offers autonomy, multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Opportunities are available at clinics in Stafford and Woodbridge, Virginia. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available; applications for COTAs are also accepted. Compensation is listed at $75,883.28–$113,824.92 per year, with eligibility for a clinician bonus. Actual compensation depends on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
