About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Williamsburg, Virginia. This is a full-time outpatient therapy role within a collaborative, autism-focused clinical environment. Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license REQUIRED
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience or interest REQUIRED
• Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment modalities REQUIRED
• Experience utilizing assessments, treatment planning, and therapy equipment REQUIRED
• Strong documentation and organizational skills REQUIRED
• Collaborative clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with AOTA standards and regulations
• Develop and implement individualized pediatric treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Provide supervision and guidance to certified occupational therapy assistants
• Utilize assessment tools, treatment plans, and therapy equipment within pediatric therapy environment
