About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Williamsburg, Virginia. This is a pediatric ABA leadership role overseeing treatment planning and clinical behavioral programming for children ages 2-17 within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. The role involves oversight of ABA treatment plans, RBT supervision, assessments, caregiver training, and school advocacy support, working alongside SLP, OT, and PT professionals. The organization emphasizes a flexible scheduling structure to support work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification REQUIRED
• Active Virginia BCBA license REQUIRED
• Strong leadership and team development skills REQUIRED
• Experience with behavioral assessment and behavior reduction strategies REQUIRED
• Current CPR/First Aid certification REQUIRED
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Strong organizational and documentation skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-17
• Supervise RBT implementation of ABA procedures
• Conduct caregiver training programs for families
• Complete progress reports and required documentation
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, and PEAK
• Manage billing, insurance authorizations, assessments, and behavior plans accurately and timely
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with SLP, OT, and PT professionals
• Participate in school advocacy and IEP consulting support
