About The Position

Great Strides Rehab, a partner of the H2 Health family, is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their pediatric outpatient clinic. The role involves helping children develop essential skills for growth, play, learning, and thriving. The position is part of a therapist-led team that emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and compassion. Therapists work within multi-disciplinary teams, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, to provide a collaborative and comprehensive approach focused on quality of care for pediatric patients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible OT license.

Responsibilities

• Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school.
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed.
• Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more.
