About The Position

Great Strides Rehab, a partner of the H2 Health family, is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their pediatric outpatient clinic in Land O'Lakes, FL. The role involves helping children develop essential skills for growth, play, learning, and thriving. The position is part of a therapist-led team that emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and compassion. Therapists work within multi-disciplinary teams, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, to provide a collaborative and comprehensive approach to therapy focused on quality of care for pediatric patients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active or eligible OT license

Responsibilities

• Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
• Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
• Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
