About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private-duty care to pediatric clients in the Shrewsbury and Stewartstown, Pennsylvania area. Cases include evening care for an 8-month-old Monday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM; overnight care for a 6-year-old on Thursday and/or Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; and Friday day-shift care for a 13-year-old from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Part-time and PRN opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences and no weekend or minimum requirements. A $1,200 sign-on bonus is available with a commitment of two night shifts per week; an alternative holiday-hustle PTO incentive is also mentioned. BAYADA provides paid training in the office, in the home, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; around-the-clock clinical support by phone; and electronic charting using Statewise. Nurses may care for clients with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The position is based in Pennsylvania, and the employer states that it complies with applicable state and local mandates.

Requirements

Current valid nursing license in the United States.
Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Must be located in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
