About The Position

This role involves providing care to a pediatric patient population within a family-oriented practice. The position offers a strong support network through UMMS and emphasizes work-life balance with Monday-Friday office hours (8:30 AM - 5 PM) and occasional Saturday mornings. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR for patient care and provides opportunities for community engagement and practice growth. UM Shore Regional Health serves Caroline, Dorchester, Queen Anne’s, Kent, and Talbot counties, offering top-tier primary care, specialty services, and coordinated healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Pediatrics
• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care
• DEA and CDS eligible

Nice To Haves

• Experienced providers preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
• Experience preferred, not required.
