Requirements

• Licensed to work in the state of New York as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• CPR certified.
• Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in the area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical evaluations and physical examinations for infants, children, and adolescents to assess their health status.

• Develop individualized care plans that include preventive care, immunizations, and health education tailored to patients’ needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties, including cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, and behavioral health, to support comprehensive patient care.
• Guide parents and caregivers on child health issues, nutrition, growth milestones, and disease prevention.
