Pediatric LPN
About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Manhattan, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with ventilator and tracheostomy experience who is looking for a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide personalized care to a 9-month-old pediatric patient. As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient in a one-on-one home environment. You will work closely with the patient's family and clinical team to help ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active New York State LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
- At least one year of recent nursing experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable
- Proof of MMR immunity with lab report
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
