About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. Nurses will have flexible per diem scheduling, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. The role offers one-on-one patient care and support from the nursing and administrative team, including ongoing clinical training and guidance. It may suit nurses seeking to supplement their current schedule or build a career in pediatric home care.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in home care, hospital, or acute care.
• Valid driver's license.
