About The Position
Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support. Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
- Administer and monitor G-tube feedings
- Perform routine G-tube care and assessments
- Monitor the patient's overall health status and report changes as appropriate
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care
