About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN to provide individualized 1:1 pediatric home care. This role involves providing safe, compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care, following the individualized plan of care, monitoring and documenting the client's condition, communicating with the family and clinical team, and promoting the client's safety, comfort, and well-being.

Requirements

• Current New Jersey LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
