About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 pediatric nursing care for an infant in East Rutherford, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is comfortable providing hands-on care to a medically complex pediatric client and enjoys developing meaningful relationships with children and their families. The RN will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care while working closely with the child's family and Affirmed Home Care's pediatric clinical team.

Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN License
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Experience with G-tube and J-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and attentive approach to pediatric care
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption

Nice To Haves

• 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
• Valid driver's license
