Requirements

- Candidates should have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, medical education, multidisciplinary teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- MD, DO, or equivalent
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
- Eligible for an unrestricted California physician medical license
- Eligible for appointment to the appropriate academic rank in the Cedars-Sinai Professorial Series
- Excellent clinical, teaching, and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for infants, children, and adolescents with gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.
- Evaluate and manage patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.
- Collaborate closely with pediatric surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, nutrition specialists, transplant services, and other multidisciplinary partners to deliver coordinated care.
- Teach and mentor pediatric residents, fellows, and medical students within an expanding academic program.
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical innovation, scholarly activity, and multidisciplinary initiatives.
- Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Guerin Children’s.
