About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with an established, award-winning pediatric dental group in Louisiana to recruit a Pediatric Dentist for its growing practice in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. The role provides comprehensive pediatric dental care across multiple locations, with opportunities for cases and clinical hours at two local hospitals. The group offers clinical support, dedicated staff, and efficient practice operations. The position is full-time, with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four to five days per week. Schedules are provided six to eight weeks in advance. The dentist may work across offices in Shreveport/Bossier City, Natchitoches, Minden, Ruston, and Alexandria, traveling between assigned locations as needed. Compensation includes a guaranteed annual salary of $400,000, with earning potential of up to $750,000, and compensation at 34% of collections.
Requirements
- Be a qualified Pediatric Dentist.
- Ability to provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients.
- Willingness to work across multiple office locations as needed.
