About The Position
The Staff Pad is recruiting a Pediatric Dentist for a growing, award-winning pediatric dental group in Louisiana, serving the Shreveport/Bossier City area and additional locations. The group has multiple established offices and offers clinical support, operational efficiency, hospital-based opportunities, and a schedule intended to support work-life balance. The position is full-time, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four to five days per week, across multiple locations. The schedule is provided six to eight weeks in advance. Compensation includes a guaranteed annual salary of $400,000, compensation at 34% of collections, and earning potential of up to $750,000. The dentist may also pursue cases and clinical hours at two local hospitals.
Requirements
- Be a qualified Pediatric Dentist.
- Ability to provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients.
- Willingness to work across multiple office locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care across multiple locations, including Shreveport/Bossier City, Natchitoches, Minden, Ruston, and Alexandria.
- Collaborate with experienced dental teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Travel between assigned offices as needed to support patient care and practice operations.
