About The Position

Children’s Happy Teeth and Happy Braces is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join their team. The practice has been a leader in pediatric dental care since 2013, focusing on collaboration, compassion, and continuous growth. The Pediatric Dentist will provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care to children, fostering a welcoming and positive environment. This role involves using behavior management techniques, educating families on oral hygiene, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure children have lifelong oral health.

Requirements

Active CA State license
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program (2-3 years) accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).
Pediatric life support certification (PALS).
Availability to work 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays (1-2 per month).
Strong understanding of pediatric treatment planning and case management.
Proficiency in pediatric dental procedures, such as pulpotomies, white crowns, & space maintainers.
Strong behavioral management skills, with the ability to create a comfortable environment for young patients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and parents.
Ability to work well in a team and provide coaching and support to other staff members when needed.

Responsibilities
